From January 16th to 18th, the 2026 Greater Bay Area Embodied Intelligence Forum and Zhuhai Computer Society Annual Meeting were successfully held in Zhuhai. The conference was jointly organized by Zhuhai Computer Society, Zhuhai Fudan Innovation Research Institute, and Zhuhai Kingsoft Digital Network Technology Co., Ltd. It brought together representatives from government authorities, academic researchers, industry leaders, and technical experts to engage in in-depth exchanges and discussions on the development trends of intelligent manufacturing and new-generation information technology.
As a leading domestic network service provider, Guanglian was invited to attend this forum and won the IT Award·Innovation Award for its integrated cloud, network, and security solution. The award was jointly selected by the organizing committee of the conference and industry experts, focusing on solutions that excel in technological innovation, practical feasibility, and industrial demonstration value. It fully reflects the industry's high recognition of Guanglian's technical strength and practical capabilities.
Relying on its self-built global network of 219 PoP backbone nodes and multi-cloud interconnection resources, Guanglian has constructed an AI-driven integrated solution for cloud network security. This solution deeply integrates the Network-as-a-Service and Security-as-a-Service architectures, enabling centralized management of network connectivity, application acceleration, and security capabilities through a unified controller. It provides a unified security access system for multi-branch enterprises, spanning from endpoints, branches, PoPs, to the cloud, supporting the comprehensive needs for stability, security, and flexibility of digital infrastructure in complex business environments.
Building upon this solution, Guanglian further extends its capabilities to the level of continuous operation through the NSOC operation center. Located in Dongguan, the core area of the Greater Bay Area, the NSOC integrates the functions of NOC and SOC to provide customers with 7x24-hour light asset, fully managed network and security operation services. The core highlight of this award is Guanglian's comprehensive introduction of large model capabilities into the NSOC, establishing an AIOps system tailored for real-world applications.
In Guanglian NSOC, the large model is not a "new technology" deployed in isolation, but rather an intelligent hub built upon years of real-world operational data and engineering experience. By continuously learning from historical alarms, traffic behaviors, handling processes, and feedback results, the large model can more accurately distinguish between noise and risks, assisting engineers in focusing on issues that truly affect business. At the same time, it combines customer network structure and business characteristics to construct personalized traffic and security profiles, enabling security judgments to shift from static rules to dynamic assessments. On this basis, the model can also identify trends in equipment, line, and business status changes, predict potential hazards in advance, and intelligently analyze root causes and recommend handling paths when failures occur, significantly reducing recovery time.
Through the collaborative operation of "AI+NSOC+human", Guanglian is upgrading its network and security operations from passive response to a perceptible, predictable, and continuously evolving intelligent operation and maintenance system. This is also the fundamental reason why Guanglian's AIOps capabilities have gained industry recognition.
Winning the IT Innovation Award this time not only serves as an authoritative recognition of Guanglian's technological innovation capabilities in the field of cloud, network, and security integration, but also showcases its long-term accumulation and systematic practical abilities in the infrastructure level of the intelligent industry. Looking ahead, Guanglian will continue to deepen the construction of integrated capabilities in cloud, network, and security, actively participate in the collaborative development of the intelligent industry ecosystem in the Greater Bay Area, and facilitate the deep integration of artificial intelligence and the real economy with safer, more stable, and more intelligent network infrastructure, thereby promoting high-quality industrial development.
